If you insist on being cryptic, you are not going to receive the help you want. Most bios have options regarding caching and shadowing. We need to know the specific motherboard model in order to find out how to do it on your motherboard. Phoenix is not enough info.
The other question is why? Disabling caching and shadowing will generally result in decreased performance. What problem are you experiencing that you believe this will fix?

Sorry, didn't get the whole message.thought it was a joke! My main problem was I did not know what the motherboard make was! I have since been able to access it through part magic and have the op sys up and running! Thanks for the help sorry for the inappropriate response.
