Exchange 5.5 on Windows 2000
Ok, I'm not sure when this issue developed, but I've noticed it in the last few days. Whenever we send email to anyone outside our organization, the name displays not as the friendly name (I.e. <First name> <Last Name>) but as the SMTP address (i.e. <name>@<domain>). Like I said this wasn't always the case. I've gone through my config and haven't been able to identify anything in there, and have searched the KB. I'm not seeing any errors in my logs. Does anyone have any insight?

Ok, so I went back and did some more searching. This time I was able to come up with the fix. Now the question I have is the reason for turning this on/off some kind of security thing I'm not aware of? The fix was here:
