POP3 Access
The corporate lan has disabled the POP3 port (110) and probably SMTP port (25). Is it possible to access my e-mail from Outlook using another way? Using Outlook 2003. Using HTTP web interface right now and it sucks.

I'm not sure if this is what you want to achieve ..
But if you try Tools, e-mail options, & then either add or edit an existing account, choosing to tick the 'http' box for your source mailbox, then you can use outlook to view & organise your mail instead of whatever web interface it is you are using.
(I'm pressuming port 80 must be open)

the Http mail feature has to be enabled for Exchange 2003 before that will work (And its only available if running a full 2003 server environment). The exchange 2003 OWA interface is almost identical to the Outlook 2003 interface, what don't you like about the web interface?

http access
It does not automatically update itself. I have to continually click the refresh. I have all my contacts in Outlook and cannot import them to the HTTP webmail box. The corprate lan is only 384k download. Slow I know but better than 56k.

What version are you guys using? 2000 and 2003 automatically update when you have new messages, assuming you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Are you ever on the corporate lan with this machine? You can synch your contacts then and they will appear in the OWA.
