I need help with some Spyware, AproposMedia..

Can anyone offer any help on getting rid of this.. I am getting a popup after any search I do, relating to that search, typical spyware.. I have searched the web and found sites that say remove such and such a reg. key, which I dont have. I have been using Giant/Microsoft Antispyware in which I found that there is a reg. key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aprps, when I delete it, it reinserts itself, if I use antispyware to delete it, it comes right back on the next scan. I have tried Adaware and Spybot and both find it, neither remove it (both in Safe Mode and Normal Boot). I looked at the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows..... \Run and nothing is there that shouldn't be.. I have done all I know how and still there. Here is my Hijack This log..

Can you post what the contents of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aprps please?

    did you follow these instructions?

I can't tell what C:\WINDOWS\system32\ncsvc.exe is.... if you end the task and then find the file and rename it, what doesn't work anymore?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aprps has a sting value = (Default) REG_SZ (value not set) and then a subfolder
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aprps\Client has a sting value = (Default) REG_SZ (value not set) and a second = ParterId REG_SZ WB.VER2

Yes, I saw that exact website, I dont have any of those keys or the .exe file.

    Rebooting..

Are you sure you have set windows to show hidden files... and system files?

do a search in the registry for "ncsvc" post the keys and their contents. You have a ups...? ncsvc may be your logmein application..

OK I see nothing in the hijack file. Time to change tack
www.emsisoft.com get a-squared free (free registration required) and run a full scan... see if that turns up anything. Also run spybot fully updated. BHOdemon might be useful as well, since you have a fair few of them...

post the contents of the registry entry that keeps returning.

Ok I found what the ncsvc is, it is a network connection program my company uses to connect to the network from an outside location so that is ok. I am going to run the other scans now..

The contents of the key that keeps coming back are..

Well this one's got me.. Adaware, Spybot, Giant Antispyware and Microsoft Antispyware.. All find it, none are able to remove it.. I tried changing the value of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Aprps\Client ParterId REG_SZ WB.VER2 and that didn't work. Don't know..
