Try this:
1) turn the comp off and wait 10 seconds
2) turn it on and press F2 right away
If lucky, you'll get into BIOS
If you do:
Right arrow over to the Exit menu, get yourself to Load Setup Defaults, and load them and then Exit.

You have i believe a dead motherboard on your hands.
You may be able to do a couple things.
Order a new bios chip for that system from sony if they have them.
Contact someone on these forums called Ruslan

Rex, BIOS Chip has gone bad. Get new chip from Sony.
Also if you got ver. 1004 from sony support they must be having ver. 1002 on their website. But you dont need any programming to do on those chips as they come pre-programmed/flashed.

I think i might have to throw the pc away coz it looks like it gonna cost me a lot to repair it, it may be cheaper to get a new pc. coz i've tried all F2 etc and i think the motherboard may be dead.

Sorry pal - that advice was on the Sony site - I guess you should either check out buying a new chip or getting your old one redone OR buying new.
From what I hear here, getting the chip out and getting a new one or the old one re-done isn't that hard - if you can afford some time and a little money you can learn a lot. Never say never.
