New system -- help!
Sorry- have not had much time to do tech work lately (had to make a living ) I have a new work system and I need to transfer EVERYTHING to it from my current system. You know how much stuff you accumulate on a work system. I know how to do the Outlook folders w/messages but I would really like to be able to also transfer the Rules -- as these are quite time consuming to create! I would also love to get all "My Favorites" from IE as I am in purchasing and have hundreds of vendor info stored here. Is there a good way to accomplish this? Or....is there an informative site that I can find??
Thanks so much for any help

Favorites is under C:/Documents and settings/{user name) - just copy and then paste.

A word to the wise, your hundreds of favourites (sorry I'm English) should have been getting backed up regularly to save you from a catastrophic hard drive error, since you don't seem to have had one as yet please take this opportunity to start regular back ups of important data.
you'll thank me one day.....really.
good luck with your new system.
