I'm Done
University - get a first - achieved
Divorce - get a fair deal - achieved (paperwork to follow)
So now what do I do? I have nothing to worry about!
Do I:
Do teacher training
Get my business going again
Apply for a PHD
Sit around for a year, it's about time I had nothing to do but the ironing and the cleaning and looking after the kids and vacuuming and helping with their homework and the shopping and the decorating and ... wait a minute!!
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Have you considered just lounging about for a bit? A comfy terrycloth robe, feet up, favorite brew, maybe a good novel?

Good to hear the news Noo.
I say just kick back for a few weeks, enjoy the rest of the summer with your favorite vintage.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so. -Douglas Adams

Could I just draw your attention to two kids and summer holidays?

Congrats on clearing those major hurdles.
But I say after taking a sabatical (however long you think you need), get back to making some good money. I know money isn't the answer to everything, but it sure can't hurt and will help you clear other hurdles.
As for the kids, aren't they almost old enough to fend for themselves? Just a thought...
j/k
I know things have already been tough on them too.
But yeah, take a major break. You're due for it...and you've earned it!
I'm good enough.
I'm smart enough.
And doggone it,
People like me!

if you can swing not doing anything for a while i would suggest that. a little downtime...re-charge the batteries. if you get bored you can always find something to do as far as work goes.

Egad! I cannot believe I have failed to add my voice to the chorus of congratulations for your well-deserved and hard-earned recognition. I hope you find the next stage of your professional and personal growth to be rewarding, both monetarily and emotionally. The very best of luck to you, although you have shown us all that you can make your own luck!
I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.
