[RESOLVED] Memory reference error

In Photo Explorer, when trying to convert a photo to grayscale I get the error message:

pe6.exe – Application Error

The instruction at “0x77f7d5cc” referenced memory at “0x00000000”. The memory could not be written.

Click on OK to terminate the application
Click on CANCEL to debug the application

What does this mean?
Is it an NT prob. or a PE6 one?

Any ideas on how to fix it?

It sounds like a problem with not enough memory. Working with video and pics is a
memory and resource hog. It may be an app error, but I'd start with mem and resources.
