    Bios Password

    Hi dear tech. I have a Toshiba L300D Satellite from a customer with a power on password set to it. He can't remember the password for it. Can anyone help me with info on how to remove this password or reset. Every time i power on the laptop it proms me right away for a password

    Stolen laptop by any chance? Othewise how could someone forget a password that must be entered every time the laptop is being turned on?

    Toshiba will be able to reset the password for you when you provide evidence that it's yours and pay the fee they charge.
