Engineering Sample Q4HQ Vs. Retail Version
I'm looking for a good deal on a Intel 2 Duo T9400 cpu and I found a Penryn Engineering Sample Q4HQ (No Sensor) which I can get real cheap then there's the Retail version which is not so cheap. Is there any real importance getting the Engineering Sample Q4HQ over the Retail Version.
I think I put this in the wrong forum? If I did Sorry.

I would avoid an Engineering Sample, especially if "no sensor" means the on-chip temperature sensor is missing or disabled.
http://www.techarp.com/showarticle.aspx?artno=407 In the past, Engineering Samples were sought for as the multipliers were unlocked, that's no longer so.
