Plz respon asap
ok my internet wont start and it says that its because the firewall is causing it to be blocked and weell ive turned it of didnt work then i made the internet exceptional andstill didnt work then finally i tried to restore it to its original factory thing and it keeps saying errror if this message continues call HP and well guys plz i need help

Ok you need to provide some real information.
1: What windows? 2: What firewall? 3: What HP model? 4: What antivirus/firewall software?
