emachine T2742 sound driver

i have an emachine, model T2742. I purchased it second hand from a friend
and later found there was no sound. I've been told I need a new sound driver. emachines doesn't have one, but says you all have one that will work, and can give me a down load. can you help me?

I gather that the realtek basic AXC97 drivers work with that model.

Accept, then get the ones for your OS.
