Intel Mod
It would seem odd for a Dell driver disc not to have LAN or Video drivers, and the quoted Service Tag doesn't seem to be correct. However, seems drivers should be here:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/.../inspiron-5100
Select Windows XP as Operating System. Chipset drivers should be installed first.
Where there are multiple choices for the likes of network devices, you can usually find out which device is fitted by looking in Device Manager. Right click on the unidentified device and choose Properties. On the Details tab set Device Instance ID in the drop-down, and note the 4-digit numbers following VEN_ and DEV_. Enter each one in turn at http://www.pcidatabase.com/ and in most cases you can recognize the matching driver on Dell support.
