Binding Tabs new browser opens every time
When I open a new browser in Internet Explorer everytime a new tab opens up that is advertisments and surveys
Every time a browser opens ie google yahoo either a survey or advertisment tab opens
This has been going on for ages and its testing beyond belief, all these adverts boxes appear all the time and when click the cross they still just go ahead with new tab
Random things nothing specific but its getting in the way big time the worst is the surveys
I ve tried system restore three times within six months, restarting resetting router, tried the pop up blocker on which does nothing dare mess around with the firewall
Chrome works better then IE but still does it just not as much
With Win 7 what can be done to get rid of this nuiscance binding tabs so can open a page and not have adverts surveys binding to it

Sounds like you have a pretty severe infection.
I would begin by removing chrome completely.
It';s usually the worst infected folder out of all
of the folders when I clean. Use Malwarebytes in
safemode if necessary. Be sure its installed and
updated to the latest version and with the latest updates.
When your infected it spreads across all the browsers .

After seeing what you have listed, I agree with Ferrit. The only other thing I would do is got Internet Explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab, then click on Reset. Do Not put a check mark in the "Delete personal settings". By doing this it will remove any add-on's that may be causing problems as well.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!
