Have you checked the rollers to make sure there is no small piece of paper anywhere? Have you cleaned the rollers that feed the paper? Is the drum wore out and need replaced? These are some of the things you can look at. Also look at the toner cartridge to make sure the rollers on it are turning smoothly.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!

Have you resolved the issues? I found this online and it might help you. If there is a jammed paper in the output tray, do not remove the paper. Just open the top cover and remove the toner cartridge before clearing the paper jam. You could also check this online: How to remove a paper jam on LBP 2900.

this is not a clear thread.. is paper jammed in the printer or any other reason of jamming??
