Getting weak wireless network signals. Need help.
From yesterday, the wireless network coverage of my router has reduced due to unknown reasons. I require some assistance.
I am using the router inbuilt modem Smart RG SR505n ( https://www.acanac.com/hardware/smar...?package=fibre ) for the DSL connection. I am noticing the reduction in the range of the wireless network. I used to get the signals from my bedroom , but I can't see the signals now. I can get signals only in the hall where the router is placed and the kitchen which i nearby. There are no fluctuations in the speed while in the range. So, the internet issue can be ruled out.
Please help me solve this issue.

Many types of devices can cause wireless interference including Bluetooth devices, cordless phones, fluorescent lights, microwave ovens, outdoor microwave links, WiMAX, wireless game controllers, wireless video cameras, Zigbee devices, and so on. Even bad electrical connections can cause broad RF spectrum emissions.

How old is the router? Is it a dual band and if so, are you using the 2.4Ghz or the 5Ghz? Have you looked at the settings to see if you have a setting to increase the signal strength? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to help.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!

One would think wouldn't one, but to get to the crust of the matter, Since this link does not supply much, I would suggest theblueprint call their service provider and have them come out to check the modem/router for possible defect since it is provided by them.

Shouldn't that be "crux" of the matter? (Crux - the decisive or most important point at issue).

Normally I would say yes but, I'm from the Midwest and when eating the pies, we always ate the "crust" last because it was the "meat" of the pie.

The "meat" of a pie is usually in the center ... at least around here it is. <shrug>
