64 meg Radeons are good also the 64 meg Nvidia MX is good for budget gamers cards. I believe you can get an MX with dual out for about the same as the Radeon if not cheaper.

I bought my GeForce 2 GTS 64 DDR for $166 on www.pricewatch.com and it runs everything that I want right now and more. It scored 7000 on 3d mark. As for budget I would go for a 3dfx Voodoo5 5500AGP

The Radeon is a very nice all-around card. If money's no object, then the GeForce3 will keep you from having to upgrade again for a while.
Scuba's suggestion of the Matrox G550 is good for business apps and where image quality is top priority, but lacks performance in games. A Matrox G400Max is an excellent all-around choice.
My brother-in-law has a Hercules ProphetII MX (NVidia GeForce2MX w/64MB) on his Athlon 700Mhz system and is very happy with it.
Hope this gives you some options to work with. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">
When all else fails.....FDISK!

These are two good cards, although 3dfx will no longer support the V5 since 3dfx is gone.

I recommend either a GeForce2 GTS 32mb, GeForce GTS 64mb, or GeForce2 MX 32mb.
The MX will cost less out of the other two, but it is not as fast. All of these three are 'decent' cards. However, the GeForce2 GTS 64mb will play games now a days at high resolutions and high detail with hardly no loss of speed.
