i needs a new video card

looks like its time to get a new video card and i have been looking at two. the gainward geforce 3 with VIVO and the ATI AIW RADEON 8500DV. i want a card with good VIVO for some video capture, and of course a good gaming card. i never have liked ATI cards, but this new one looks like it might something. its an ATI so the tv tuner and vivo should be good, but i'm worried about the gaming part of it. i know the gf3 would be an awesome gaming card, but i don't know about the tv tuner or the vivo function. these cards are around $300 or more so i want to make the right choice. anyone have any ideas?

You could try the matrox G450 etv, and if you hang fire there's a 550 version in the pipeline. You'll get the bonus of dual head which believe me is very useful.

No ATI driver worries either.

If you want good capture you'll probably need more cash, so post in the digital cameras/capture forum and no doubt Scuba will help you spend your hard earned.
