A monitor that I have has the viewable area shrunken into the middle of the screen. If I leave it on for a while eventually it will expand to full screen. It has on screen controls but they don't work while it is shrunk. I have hooked it up to a few different computers and it does the same thing on all of them. Would this be a tube in the monitor or something? What could fix?
