    Post Problems with S3 64 in HP Vectra

    I'm having a funky problem with an HP Vectra that has a S3-764 video chip onboard. I'm using a DEC 15" monitor. When I start Win95B the first screens and winlogo are fine but the 800X640 desktop is twiked to the right about 3"...suggestions??
