    Post Unknown Display Card

    I bought my computer 6yrs ago, and i recently had to format it, the problem is that windows doesn't recognize my display card -it just installs the standerd VGA- and i don't have the slightest idea about the card's manufacturer. I took the card out of the computer thinking maybe i'll find something, but a heat sink is glued on the main chip, and there is no information on the rest of the card. Is there a way for me to know the maker or to install a driver that may work.

    I would put it back in and use SiSoft Sandra to get any information available.
