rivatnt gives black screen on NT40 help?

i am dual booting into win98 where the cl rivatnt card works fine , whe iboot to nt i get a black sreen , i have tried service packs 3,4,5 and new and old cl drivers , any comments or suggestion would be appreciated , thanks

GOT IT TO WORK in nt, had to assign an irq to pci vga in the cmos ,hope this helps anyone with the same problem , thanks for letting me post , rusty
