[RESOLVED] Another Fatal Exception Error!

I keep getting this message on a blue screen of death after the "Please wait while your computer shuts down" logo."A fatal exception error OE has occurred at 0028:BFF88112. The current application will be terminated." I've checked all the Fatal Exception KBs but can find nothing specific to my problem. My system: Dell 800MHz,128RAM,98SE,SBLV,GeForce2GTS.
Any ideas???????????????????

if your running norton antivirus try doing a search on apmsgoff.reg....double click the file and add the entries to the registry

I am running NAV. What is apmsgoff.reg anyway???

If you have a burner that came with the system and running adaptec ez cd creator you may want to go to adaptecs site and get updates. Don't know if this helps but happens on some Gateways.

Most times, a Fatal OE is memory (cpu memory, video memory, onboard cache, etc).
