    Unhappy Errror starting program

    When I start up my computer I get the message Error Starting program. And it says loadwc.exe is linked to missing export shlwapi.dll:wnspintfA. What can I do.

    Go to control panel, Add/Remove programs, and do the repair installation of Internet Explorer... yep. Just had that one today at work. Basically, you're just reinstalling Internet Explorer.

    Have a swell day. Let me know if it doesn't work and I'll give you a much more detailed description on how to fix it.
