msn_tech Registered User Join Date: Aug 2000 Location: Lombard, IL Posts: 63	Win98Se Lock ups. Win 98 Se can shut off hard drives and video but not turn them back on. This causes a lockup. The easiest solution is to set the turn off times to Never.
