Stupid Question???
I am not sure if it is doable or not, but with RAM as cheap as it is, is there any way to create an effective RAM drive for Win98 or Win2k? Thanks!

Easy in Win9x, a little more difficult in 2K.
Here's how in Win9x: http://www.pcmech.com/showdoc/149/
You can also get some 3rd party ramdrive utilities, and increase it beyond the MS limit of 32k.
