    Windows 95 Error Codes

    Is there a web site or alternative source that can give me descriptions or solutions to Windows 95 numerical error codes, in particular "08611"?

    Usually, you don't get a numerical error message, although I have seen some with Visual Basic programs. What kind of program is giving you the error, and what is the EXACT error message (write it down)?

    If you register, you can get access to Microsoft TechNet CD off their Internet site, which might help you...
