    cabinet.dll

    Trying to load IE5 keeps telling could not install all products microsoft says it is the cabinet.dll file I have restored it replaced with one off another version keeps giving me the error. Any ideas??

    Is this a clean install off of a CD-ROM, or are you upgrading over the Internet?

    Also, are you upgrading over a previous version and, if so, which one?

    Also, what is the EXACT error message you are getting? Write it down and I might be able to find something...
