[RESOLVED] a fatal exception 0E has occurred

yes i was wondering if anyone can help me lately i have been getting a few fatal exception errors one such error was "exception error 0E has occurred at 0028:C000ABD9 in VXD VMM (01) 00009BD9 this is cuased from 0028:C000353F in VXD VMM (01) 0000253F". this was caused while running Win98 and dealing with the internet via IE

What module? What file? When you get that red X or error box about fatal anything click on the details tab and record what crashed in what module. That helps diagnose what program may be mucking up the works.
