missing a file and don't know where to find

my CD does'nt work at all get a coupple of messages somthing like this. 1st. missing set upcd file make sure path and so on are bla bla.2ndreferance to cdsetup in notepad win.ini text so onand so forth. If any one could help much thanks Walt.

It sounds like you donn't the right drivers for your CD ROM.
I have a generic driver, that's been working w/ all CDROM I came across.
