do i need drivers for my six button joypad ?

i have windows 98 and i recently bought a logic3 six button joypad , the problem is that when i go to install it windows only lets me install four buttons leaving the two buttons on the shoulders useless .does anyone know how to do this correctly or do i have to install some kinda drivers ?

You are right. Windows for some reason can only recognise 4 button pads with it's own generic drivers. Unless the game allows you to configure all 6 buttons, i.e. some soccor type games allow it, you are stuck with only 4.
