When I click on 'File' in windows explorer and move the cursor on 'New' the program shuts down with a 'Fatal Error' message. If I have Internet Explorer open at the same time it closes as well. Nothing else seems affected. This was happening before I installed windows 98 over 95 and is still happening. Everything else in windows explorer seems to work fine. Please help !
