[RESOLVED] mouse

While typing my mouse sticks to an object on the screen, or it just freezes, downloaded new driver, even bought a new mouse,but problem still persist. Also have message that reads: ATMSYS.DRV has altered Windows system files. Please explain and let me know if this is creating the problem

I need a little more information on your system. What OS (Win95..) is it a serial mouse, did you recently replace it, did you recently put in modem, did you install an I/O card? It would help with these questions answered.
