Help! "File" menu missing in IE and Windows Explorer!!!
I just upgraded to Windows98 SE and IE 5.01, and now there is no "File" menu in Internet Explorer (5.01) and Windows Explorer. All other toolbars are there (Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help). How can I get the File Menu back? I figure that a simple change to the registry should do the trick, but I don't know where. Any explanations or solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello everyone, thanks for all of your help, I finally located the problem. I looked in the Registry under the "Windows\current settings" folder, and there is a "policy" folder. There it had "NoFileMenu=1", I changed it to "0" and it's back! I have no idea how it got changed to "1", but now I know to look under that folder if things mysteriously disappear . Thanks!
