[RESOLVED] System hangs for a 2min period at startup??
I have a small glitch with the startup sequence on windows 95 It will hang for a breif period before windows loads and is on the logo screen , I went through the bootlog sequence and found a dll that has failed to load ,{netapi.dll} if in fact this is causing a problem at startup then how do I disable the driver in all the assosiated files in the config and autoexec files. cannot find the device for load in system.ini or io.sys files , have done some research on this and found that some opinions have directed me to the display driver,if this is the case then why does windows load after the short pause , or am i looking at a possible registry problem? as the cause of the short hang , or am i being to picky I have windows 95 loaded over 3.1 , any input would be good here , thanks .
I.e the system is a packard bell legend 20cd

Because its a PB I would go here: http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Lakes/8774/
to look for more information. But in the meantime uninstall all windows networking components and then if you need them re-install.
