[RESOLVED] Enhanced video problems
On a Win95C machine I cannot get it to run in an enhanced mode for the video. I've tried several video cards, both PCI and AGP, but All I get are horizontal rainbows!!! It works fine if I reboot in safe mode and then reset the card to a Standard VGA. Is there a corrupt VXD file or what?

Check the Refresh Rate. The problem must be caused by this.
If your monitor is an old model, it can't support high refresh rates.
Try setting it to 53-60Hz and see what you have to see.
If you aren't able to do this when loaded Windows normally, try on Safe Mode.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
