you might want to check msi web site to see if there is any known proboem with the board and also check for a bios update for the board

When you reinstalled did you fist remove all of the pci and isa cards (excluding video)? I have, in the past, had similar problems that were solved by doing this. If that doesn't work, and the mobo manufacturer's web site doesn't have any info, you may have fried something on the board or memory that has made your computer flaky.
Also, try swaping video cards.
I hope this helps.

I TRIED UPDATING THE BIOS BUT THAT DIDN,T WORK. FOR SOME STRANGE REASON I LOOKED AT MY BIOS SETTING AND CHANGED SOMETHINGS INCLUDING THE USB PORT FOR THE MOTHERBOARD. AND THAT SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THANKS TO ALL FOR HELP THE ONLY THING IS I DON'T THINK I'LL BE ABLE TO USE USB, BUT THATS OK I'LL USE IT ON MY OTHER PC.
