[RESOLVED] Problems WIN 98SE with Logitech Wingman GamePad
I have recently bought a Logitech Wingman Gamepad, but when I install the drivers and connect it to the joystick port of my Sounblaster PC 128 it hangs after rebooting until I disconnect gamepad. I have win 98 SE in a AMD ATHLON 1 GhZ on a MB VIA KV7RAID with 128 Mb Ram 30 Gb HD. What can I do? Did someone had my same bad experience with this gamepad?
Thanx for answering

If this is your gamepad, it plugs into a standard gameport and should not need any drivers at all. Just go into Joystick/Game Controllers control panel applet, and select 4 button gamepad.
Logitech drivers only work with DirectX 7.0a and above so make sure you've got that.

Also check their websites for software updates. I use a Wingman Extreme Digital and they update the software for it every couple of months.
