[RESOLVED] ACPI (Bios) device in windows 98

The ACPI(Bios) device in the Systems devices was reporting 2 systems so windows would not install the driver for it.
I deleted this device and reinstalled it. Since then I get a few systems devices being installed twice when I boot up even when I delete both of them before shuting down. I also seem to have developed a randomly blinking and sometimes freezing mouse cursor but there are no conflicts between any of the devices.

I'm out of my depth here with these system devices. Any Ideas ?
