[RESOLVED] exception errors using IE 5.5

Iam getting repeated fatal exception errors as follows when using internet explorer5.5
fatal exception OD at 0028 00099bd in vxd vhm(01) and OE at 0028:00000015 this never happens when offline. Sometimes it happens more than once in a session and occasionally will not give an error at all but go straight to the IT IS NOW OK TO TURN YOUR COMPUTER OFF message. my modem is a supraexpress 56i pro vcc i am also running norton antivirus 2001 with updates. can anyone give me any pointers as to whats causing this please. thanks davey g null

What I would do if I were you, is reinstall IE5.5 over itself.

Try running the repair in

Start>Run>MSINFO32

Then Click

Tools> IE repair tool
