    Thumbs down .zip.exe

All my files have been changed to .exe files!!

I believe it happened when I dled a Viriused Program.

Now normally I'd just reformat bu there is a Problem there. My CD drive isn't returning info to my Comp. So I might not be able to Reinstall Windows. !

I fixxed the virius but this is still happening and I can't DL anything.

I've tryed checking my Wires from the CD to the Comp and it is all fine. and i have tried to go to "my computer" "conrtoll Panel" "system" but i can't get into the "system" program.

Anyone have any clue what I should do?

    Goto a lower 'system' level....

Can you see your CD rom in your bios?

How about with a DOS boot disk?

If you can see it in there I suggest reformat and you'll be fine...

Check if you can set your CD-Rom to the highest boot order, and see if you clan boot to your Win disk. If so, then you're fine. Format/Reinstall.
