insanesy5tem Guest Posts: n/a	Windows Properties Will Not Open. Misssing File Rundll32.exe?? When ever i right click on my desktop and click on properties to change my pixil and deskyop picture etc . . . and error comes up saying Control Panel Can Not File File C:\windows\rundll32.exe i have checked to make sure the file is there and it is. Whats the best way to fix this?
