Question Paige32dll shuts down AOL

I continously get knocked off the internet. No error messages are displayed, but when I got to AOL system information it shows that there was a "paige32dll .000100033fb6". AOL has not been any help at all. Have reinstalled AOL, cleared cache, scan disk & defrag many many many times. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I have only the minimum programs running. HELP!!!!

You say you get disconnected...does AOL sign you off completely or just having trouble on the Internet? If it's just Internet problems, try using Netscape.

Another recommendation: DUMP AOL!!! They are notorious for their disconnects. You might try these people to see if they have coverage in your area.

If you insist on staying with AOL, you might try changing your dial-in number to get a different line. This might give you a different server to dial in to.

Good Luck!

According to AOL it is the driver for the dia up network in windows. They say it is a corrupt driver and needs to be updated.
Yes I am dumping AOL and getting direct cable line. I agree I hate AOL. It is not signing me off just shuts completely down and returns me to my desktop, no error messages or nothing.
