Right after windows loads and the desktop wallpaper comes up I get the Following message: RUNDLL, Error Loading; One of the follwing library files needed to run this application cannot be found. I can hit OK and everything runs fine but it is just an annoyance that I can live without. I'm unable to find any references to the application.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks |

Windows (95/98/NT) have different ways to load programs during boot (autoexec.bat, config.sys, registry entry...) You can search the registry (on the NT machine I'm using now, it's under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion) for "RunServices" - in that section are also "Run", "RunOnce", "RunOnceEx" and "RunServicesOnce". Any one of these may have the offending program trying to be loaded at startup.
