Post Windows Wav's

I've lost all ability to have a Windows sound scheme. If I go into Sound Properties in Control Panel and preview a sound it says the file 'may be damaged or invalid', but if I play the file through Media Player it works ok.

Can someone tell me how I can extract the files from the cab's., please

Joel
