    Office 97

    I went to install Office 97,and on system
    restart it states IOS device either not
    found or not functioning. It will only start in safe mode.Anyone know what happend?
    Computer worked fine before this.

    Are you on Win95 or 98? The reason I ask is that Win98 will allow you, when you choose step-by-step confirmation from the startup menu, to confirm the loading of each individual .vxd file. Maybe you can narrow down the problem that way (if you have Win98).
