Can someone out there guide me thru the steps of setting up a joystick on NT? Yamaha opl3-sa3 sound card. Microsoft sidewinder precision pro joystick.

Hey, jwales96! Having joystick problems? The best way to configure your joystick is to use multimedia applet in control panel. Before you can use the joystick, it needs to be calibrated. You can choose the # of axis', and also # of buttons. After the driver has been installed, and the calibration has taken place, everything should work. Also remember, the particular game you are trying to play may need a patch.
