I'm trying to use the vidcap32.exe program
to capture video to avi files and
when I run the program it works fine but
when I try to open the help it says it
cant find the vidcap.hlp file!
Was there even one made for this little
utility? I can't find it anywhere.

there is supposed to be I think a help file
