Thumbs down Windows 98 SE & PowerToys

If your are like a lot of users who use tweakui, get ready to find it someplace other than the Win98SE CD. I did a clean install of Win98SE and looked for the powertoy folder in the resource kit folder and its not there. The help files still act like its there but its gone. I did not run across anything that indicated why its no longer on the cd.

The reason for this is that Powertoys for Win98 was designed for Internet Explorer 4 users , & as Win98 SE uses IE5 this seems to be the only logical reason that MS removed it from the SE cd. The Win98 TweakUI still works fine though except for the IE4 refernce in the settings
