If you own a DELL goto http://support.dell.com/us/en/home.asp and enter the "system service tag" number on the back of your DELL pc or notebook and one page has all the information you could possibility want including, warranty information, purchase information, all device drivers for the model you own, hardware documentation, Y2K information and lots lots more. Information at one glance...now thats how all pc manufacturers should provide service. For a techie this is heaven. Way to go DELL.

I agree, Dells web site is the best I have seen. After you enter the tag number you can find out anything about THAT machine, not just a close match.
They have my vote for the best web support.

Dell has a really nice site but , even though their computers suck Packard Bell has a good tech support area that tells you everything about a system.
